ethiSEC provided managed firewall service delivering optimised security controls to help minimise risk to your IT infrastructure.

This product is based on Palo Alto Networks PA-440 hardware and will support Small and Medium enterprises looking to optimise the security of their network infrastructure up to 900Mbps* of total traffic volume.

What's included
- A standalone firewall for a single site.
- ethiSEC manages the configuration for you. We build an optimised configuration to ensure the best value is provided by the firewall to protect your IT resources.
- We perform all admin tasks including firewall changes (up to included changes), software and dynamic security updates.
- We managed the configuration backups.
- We own and manage the hardware, have a failure we'll arrange the replacement.
- We provide a monthly activity report. F
- We provide a remote access VPN for Mac and PCs, Android, iOS el al devices can be supported for an additional fee.

What isn't included
- We don't include a high-availability firewall cluster.
- Have an incident we don't provide security investigation services, however, this can be purchased separately.
- We don't supply Internet or WAN services

What you need to know
- Security services provided by ethiSEC are Risk Reduction Measures, not Risk Removal Measures.
- Security services provided by ethiSEC are not to be considered an Insurance Policy.
- Security services provided by ethiSEC do not absolve you of your risk.
- ethiFIREWALL is not a SOC or Security Operations Center

Limitations
- Logs only retained on the firewall, additional external logging options can be provide for an additional fee if required.
- UPS are not supplied but can be purchased separately.

Setup inclusions
- One Internet interface.
- Up to three zones to protect PCs, devices and guests.
- Security policy to suit zone configuration.

* SSL Decryption will reduce this number by up to 70% depending on decrypted traffic volumes.
